How Often Air Duct Should be cleaned ?

The best time to clean your air ducts is once every 6-12 months depending on how often they are used and their condition.

In order to keep your home or office healthy, it is important that you have a routine for cleaning your AC or heating system's air ducts. This can be done in two ways - by spraying them with a chemical solution and then using a vacuum cleaner on the inside of the duct, or by using an industrial-strength vacuum cleaner with a long hose and nozzle that can reach into the duct.
