job completed last week.

This phase involved studding off all the uneven walls, installing plasterboard, and plastering a soon-to-be downstairs bathroom/utility room. We also built the new shower cubicle.

Next up is shower boarding and fitting the utility room units. Looking forward to sharing the next stage of the transformation.

Small slate roof, fascia and soffit job to start the week.

Last week’s job during the warm weather! ☀️

We stripped off the old bitumen roof and removed the spongy, water-damaged boarding before installing brand-new OSB boards and a GRP fibreglass roof.

Next up, this roof terrace will be transformed with porcelain slabs laid on a pedestal system within the existing guard rails.

Another project wrapped up!

Following on from last week’s post, we’re pleased to share the finished patio area, completed in beautiful buff sandstone.

It’s been a tough week working in the heat, but we’re making great progress! ☀️

We started by removing the old fence and installing a new one. Then digging out around 20 tonnes of earth, started building retaining walls and steps, and getting everything prepared for a sandstone patio.

It’s been a challenging week, but Looking forward to sharing the finished result! 🏡

A few jobs completed over the last couple of weeks, working around the weather when we could! 🌦️

Busy few days for the team with more scaffolds erected for solar PV installs ☀️🔧 and plastering works.

Alongside the scaffolding, the building projects have also been keeping us busy with good progress being made.
