Sharing the before-and-after transformation of an existing lanai/veranda that was long overdue for a makeover—now reimagined for future guests to truly enjoy.

We transformed the once plain lanai into a more activity-centered space, designed to encourage conversation and connection. The new layout creates seamless flow between the kitchen, pool, and outdoor dining area, making it perfect for gatherings, relaxation, and shared moments.

The challenge was to transform the space into a more functional and efficient layout—enhancing flow and connectivity between adjacent areas. These updates aim to optimize traffic circulation and make the spaces more practical and welcoming for future guests of the villa.

In 2023, we were commissioned to design a Japanese restaurant project on a 600 sqm lot in Batangas. After careful planning and development, the proposal was fully approved—and the client was very pleased with the outcome.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in the client’s plans for the property, the project was put on hold. While this was disappointing, we truly appreciate that all professional obligations were honored.

We remain hopeful that this project will be pursued in the future, as it was crafted with great care, creativity, and heart.

The original layout was cramped, with inefficient use of space and obstructed traffic flow.
