Black Hall Aerospace, Inc. (BHA) Awarded Worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) (WLSS-C) Contract

Black Hall Aerospace, Inc. (BHA) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract valued at up to $25.5 billion from the U.S. Army’s Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO) to provide worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) capabilities for non-standard rotary wing aircraft for the Department of Defense (DoD), its allied countries and the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This is a five-year contract, with an option to extend for an additional five years.

“BHA has evolved significantly over the past 3 years to become a credible and legitimate contract logistics service provider for non-standard aircraft” said Dotson Wells, President. He further added, “We are excited about the opportunity to support this mission critical requirement and we are committed to the success of MASPO, its customers and the WLSS-C contract vehicle”.

BHA continues its investment in supporting the WLSS-C vehicle, strategically aligning with vendors and suppliers and refining its capabilities in order to provide the best service possible to its customers. Black Hall has strategically positioned itself, hiring key talent and developing infrastructure, specifically for supporting MASPO and its end customers. And with this win, “Black Hall is here to stay and look forward to a long, prosperous relationship with the MASPO and other Redstone Arsenal based customers” said Joe Webb, Vice President.

The Huntsville Margarita Society reflects a cross section of North Alabama's business and professional community. It’s mission is to provide a meaningful Christmas for otherwise under-provided children of Northern Alabama by throwing the premier holiday party in the region. Proceeds are distributed among 21 separate charitable organizations in in support of that mission.

Black Hall Aerospace, Inc. is very proud to announce recognition by the U.S. Department of Labor as a 2018 HIRE Vets Medallion Program Demonstration Award recipient! This award was created to highlight organizations who are committed to recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans in the workplace and is the only federal-level veterans’ employment award that does so.

Recipients of the 2018 HIRE Vets Medallion Program Demonstration Award were evaluated on several criteria, ranging from veteran hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and tuition assistance programs.

“Black Hall Aerospace was one of just 239 recipients this year and I think that speaks volumes for who we are as a company. I’m very proud of who we are and what we do” said Dotson Wells, President.
