Fence & retaining wall 🔨

I thought I had taken a photo of the previous fence but unfortunately I didn’t! The previous fence posts were concreted straight into the ground also acting as a retaining wall. And with the cyclone Gabriel the fence was leaning way over to house next door.

Removed old fence and old retaining wall. Built new retaining wall and new fence with fence posts bolted to retaining wall posts.

Stairs & Landings 🔨

After about 1 1/2 months here are the photos of the stairs and landings done out at Baddleys Beach. Had to get the posts bang on the right place as I planned to bolt the boundary joists to the posts rather than fixing a bearer on top of the posts.

This one was quite satisfying once completed ✅

Decks 🔨

Having a well designed nice set out deck can naturally invite you to the outdoors. Think about those summer bbqs with family & friends. Purchase a spa bath 💭
Have I convinced you to build or update your deck space yet? 👀

Front Entrance 🔨

One of the most important features of a home and aesthetically pleasing pieces has to be front entrance I believe 🤌🏽

A feature to captivate your visitors that makes them want to come inside and explore the rest of your wonderful home is a must!

Deck Extension 🔨

Client had a low budget and originally wanted to replace damaged rotten decking. She had the thought of extending it to connect the two decks together for outdoor bbq’s in the summer time with a bigger space. We talked about it, I gave her a quote and she decided to go for it.

We talked about possibly replacing the old decking with new but that’s for a future project. 🤌🏽
