Our sister company, Rice Brothers Mechanical, is growing and actively looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team in Houston, TX.

We're seeking technicians with experience in:

✅ Commercial HVAC
✅ Industrial HVAC
✅ Residential HVAC
✅ Large Commercial Systems
✅ Chiller Systems (5+ years experience required)

Experience & Pay Structure

🔹 3–5 Years Experience
$22–$28/hour
OR Performance Pay (Residential & Light Commercial only)

🔹 5+ Years Experience
$28–$45/hour
OR Performance Pay (Residential & Light Commercial only)

Industrial, Chiller, and Large Commercial positions are hourly only and compensation is based on experience. A minimum of 5+ years experience is required for these specialized roles.

🔵 SEE SOMETHING, DO SOMETHING RECOGNITION 🔵

At DIS Rice Brothers and IREN, safety is everyone's responsibility. We would like to recognize several team members who recently demonstrated exceptional vigilance and commitment to keeping our jobsite safe.

👏 Tania Castillo identified exposed electrical wires and immediately notified the appropriate personnel. The hazard was corrected before the wires were energized, helping prevent a potentially serious incident. Tania received an IREN "See Something, Do Something" Gift Card for her actions.

👏 Haley Phillips identified a tripping and impalement hazard caused by exposed material protruding from the ground. Haley promptly notified the proper individuals, and the hazard was corrected before anyone was injured. Haley also received an IREN "See Something, Do Something" Gift Card for her commitment to safety.

👏 Manuel Lugo and Tarrion Esco were recognized for their dedication to our safety culture and their willingness to take action when hazards were identified. Their commitment to looking out for their fellow team members exemplifies what it means to be part of a safe and successful project.

Thank you to Tania, Haley, Manuel, and Tarrion for demonstrating that safety is not just a priority—it's a value. Your actions help protect everyone on site and reinforce our culture of accountability and teamwork.

🎣 Rice Brothers was proud to be part of the ABC Greater Houston 27th Annual Fishing Tournament on May 29th at Topwater Grill in San Leon, TX!

Events like these provide a great opportunity to connect with industry partners, strengthen relationships, and support the construction community that continues to drive our industry forward.

A big thank you to ABC Greater Houston for hosting another outstanding event and to everyone who stopped by to visit with our team. We always enjoy the chance to engage with fellow contractors, vendors, and industry professionals in a fun and relaxed setting.
