Greetings!
We are making the post today to announce a few changes. First and foremost, as we near our 5-year anniversary, I would like to say a huge thank you to the residents of Searcy County. We have serviced or installed equipment in almost 1000 homes across the area. None of this would have been possible without your support, and in the spirit of that, we would like to announce a few changes in our pricing and service:
* Going forward, for residents in Marshall or Leslie, our service fee will be dropping from $70 to $40; this is the initial service fee; if we have to come back with parts, you won't be charged that again. Mileage will determine call charge beyond that range, so as we expand to Boone, Van Buren, and surrounding counties, Searcy County residents will always get a deal on our service.
* We are now offering service in commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. Have a restaurant? We have the ability to be your one-stop shop for anything you have in your store.
* We will be reopening our 24/7 service soon. There will be an after-hours fee for anything after 5 p.m. or on weekends or holidays, but part of that will be waived for our Club Membership Customers (more on that soon).
* Due to our growing list of partnerships with distributors, we can offer or warranty any type of home HVAC equipment, ranging from Rheem-Ruud to American Standard and Trane to our very own Amana/Daikin brands; we have you covered.
* And finally, we are in the works of keeping a large amount of parts and equipment on hand. What this means to you is that if something breaks, we will endeavor to have you up and running on the same day or by the next day, regardless if it's a fan motor or a new system.
We have had our issues, and honestly, there have been times when so many things were going on that we missed things. We are now restructuring, bringing in new people and expanding our great crew, and talking among ourselves on how to proceed. We have decided we don't want to be a good heating and air business. Instead, we want to be the Best Heating and Air business North Arkansas has to offer, and we are going to endeavor to reach that goal. Keep watching Facebook for updates or checking on our new, revamped website when it goes live. Again, thank you, Searcy County.
