When a great family reached out with the crazy idea to put a walkout from the basement, inside the garage... we had to do this one!

The Process:

Structural engineer

Multiple bids for excavation and concrete

Permitting with the city

Initial work, including heavy machinery in and out of the 3rd car garage opening!

Inspections

Concrete pour

And... we are ready for handrail, railing and lighting!

It's a great day!

Talk about a minor change making a major difference!

These homeowners are brilliant. They knew that right behind these walls were gorgeous views of Utah Lake.

We happily worked with the city and recieved permission to demo those walls and put new windows in.

In tbe meantime, our wonderful clients decorated with a swivel chair for the best views and built the media center complete with a cozy fire.

It was great teamwork.
