My smart home devices and PC peripherals are now in the trash.

I don’t the place and these things are considered trash so, I was told to move them out which I did. Time to go! A lot of memories I had with these.

Whether I bought some and others were sent to me, I enjoyed playing with these and using them.

After using Siri for over 3 years now alongside Alexa and Google Assistant (now Gemini). I find myself frustrated asking “it” anything. I mainly use Siri now to control my smart home and thats it!

Amazon is launching a new website and mobile app for Alexa Plus subscribers. This means people who pay for Alexa Plus will have another way to interact with the voice assistant. Right now, there isn’t much information about what the website and app will offer, but Amazon showed a few examples of what Alexa Plus can do.

At the event, Amazon demonstrated how users can have conversations with Alexa Plus to complete tasks. It can order groceries, control smart home devices, and even check home security cameras to see if someone has walked the dog. Another feature Amazon showed was document analysis and summarization. This could mean that the website and app will let users upload documents for Alexa Plus to process.

For now, visiting Alexa.com only brings up a page with general information about Alexa and links to the existing Alexa mobile apps. The new website and app are not yet widely available. Amazon says Alexa Plus will first roll out in the US in the next few weeks. After that, it will expand to more users over time.

Alexa Plus will cost $19.99 per month. However, Amazon Prime members will also have access to it. This makes it a part of the Prime membership, similar to how Prime Video and other services are included.

It is still unclear when the website and app will be fully functional. Amazon has not shared an exact date. For now, people will have to wait to see how these new tools improve the Alexa experience.
