After 2 LONG years of fighting with insurance companies, we finally reached an agreement and helped the customer get the funding they needed / deserved! (We fight for our customers, even if the insurance companies low-ball, argue and dispute, we wont stop until we have exhausted every option! We assisted our highly skilled Public Adjusters in getting our customers over $200,000 in additional funding from insurance companies in 2025)

VEHICLE IMPACT REPAIRS

Feb 2024 Vehicle impacted the residence causing major structural and cosmetic damages. We scoured the face of the Earth trying to find matching brick, with no luck.

We used the (8) existing brick columns and salvaged every brick we could save to use as matching donor bricks to make the repairs to the impact area.

The Columns were updated with a more modern look, L.P. Smart Columns with Natural stone bases really brought up the curb appeal.

All donor bricks were used to repair the Impact area and a portion of the front corner that was knocked out of square upon impact.

Complete exterior paint job - Fascia, Siding, Soffit, Columns, Doors, Garage doors and window frames.

Replaced (2) sections of damaged garage doors.

Removed old 8'x80' loading dock

New 12'x80' Loading Dock, (48) 6x6 posts set with all 2x10 framing for extra load capacity. All joists were bolted to 6x6 posts as well as hurricane clipped at both ends!

Before and After on this large project for our customers in Lake Jackson!

Fallen tree lifted exterior wall up, lifted foundation out of the ground and cracked the slab. Causing major structural damage.

What used to be a closed in patio is now a full 1 bedroom addition with a mudroom.

New back half of roof, new 1/2 of driveway, 6" Seamless Gutters front and back, 22x10 patio cover with new concrete slab, chimney masonry repairs, plus more!

Before and After family room remodel in Lake Jackson for some return customers!

Tore it out to studs, new insulation, new electrical, 3 new Exterior doors (with Windstorm Inspections), new drywall, New base and door casing. Added (10) 6" can lights!
