The prilling process consists of spraying droplets of liquid into the top of a tower and allowing these to fall against an upward stream of atmospheric air. Prilling is a process in which a melted substance is sprayed against upward-flowing air in a tower to form solid particles.

Our team was given a daunting task: to restore a rusted 80-meter prilling tower to its former glory. The tower was in a state of disrepair, with years of neglect having taken their toll. But we were determined to succeed. We began by carefully inspecting the tower and assessing the damage. The rust was extensive, and there were also some structural problems that needed to be addressed. But we were confident that we had the skills and experience to bring the tower back to life.
