Damp issues, water ingress, DPC breaches, poor drainage,ground levels too high. These were the issues that were presented to us with a spec to install over 40 linear meters of ACO drainage channels and a new soak away with an overflow linked to the storm drain and natural stream within the grounds of this property!

Part 1, the new roof! This roof had an extension butted on to the end which is higher than this roof. This roof was patched in poorly which failed and caused extensive damp from the roof leaking.

The felt that was screwed up the riser to the new roof failed, the patch works created a roof that didn’t flow causing the roof to pond excessively as it was running backwards and leaking into the extension below. We had to re board this roof raising it to create the fall so that it flowed to the gutters, we boarded the riser and then fibreglassed the entire roof.

We have battled through extreme heat and storms, it has caused delays and it’s safe to say we are now relieved it’s complete and won’t forget this one anytime soon.

We have just completed this job in Maidstone, another amazing client/family. After a bathroom leak the floating floor had had it. This was removed by the insurance company. This isn’t a normal extension it’s an unusual add in with fully functioning drains and had different floor levels. We reduced the high point slabs, insulated, screeded, plastered installed new flooring and laminate and then decorated. Another happy client.

The star of the show on this one was little Oscar! 4 years old and wanted to know about everything, every tool, every process…. What a kid! No such thing as a silly question! Thanks for having us and thank you for bearing with the delays we have had due to weather.

We were called out to Malibu tanning salon in Strood where the roof was leaking. The room below is due a very expensive state of the art tanning bed arriving tomorrow. We juggled a few bits to help a fellow business owner, stripped of the side, this roof is made up of four different roofing slates which makes life difficult without replacing the entire roof. We replaced many broken slates, batten that had rotted and making repairs to the cement works. Not all jobs are pretty but some are essential. Another new happy client and thank you for the recommendation that put us in front of this job.

Part of a much larger job we are on, rising damp issues on this wall and a breach to the dpc externally, we have sorted the external breach, knocked off all the wet plaster, installed dry rods, applied renovation plaster and multi finish top coat. This one’s starting to look good now. Update coming shortly on this stunning property.

We are working through quotes at the minute, we haven’t forgotten any, we should be fully up to date by the end of the weekend. Thank you for your patience.

A nice little job squeezed in for a regular client in Hextable. Our client replaced a polycarbonate conservatory roof for a proper roofing system making this space more usable. We were asked to come in to make repairs and give the finishing touch to the ceiling. Love it!
