"came during the scheduled hours stated, friendly, knowledgeable, very informative. regular maintenance performed and I am waiting for the a/c motor to be replaced. Part has not come in as of yet! "Gayle called us right away and was extremely nice! She made an appointment right away for us, and it was very helpful that there was no callout fee (which everyone else seemed to have). Her husband was prompt and quick to resolve our issue (which was that we needed freon). The freon cost quite a bit--more than we expcted-- but I think it was industry standard. We certainly appreciated how quickly QSS responded and resolved our issue and we will definitely call them again in the future!"
