Who wants a pony wall that breaks up a space when you can have a gorgeous custom railing instead? Check out the before and after of this railing we recently finished. It’s been awhile since we’ve checked in and we thought we would update you on what we’ve been so busy working on. In addition to our remodels and additions, we’ve been busy growing our new self performed welding side of the business. Here are some projects we’ve been having fun working on. The snow may be gone, but there’s still plenty of clean up to be done. After this years record breaking snow we’re seeing so many broken trusses. This home unfortunately had a full roof collapse.

Often times a manufactured homes roof structure doesn’t have the same structural integrity as a stick built home with engineered trusses for required snow loads. As such it is imperative to mitigate the load as much as possible with a roof rake or shoveling.

We just finished this bathroom remodel. The homeowners expressed they wanted a brighter more usable space.

We completely gutted the bathroom and reanalyzed the space. We removed the tub, and bumped the shower down. We were then able to build out a customized closet space to suit the owners needs.

This bathroom went from a dark cave like room with wood look tile on every surface and old kitchen cabinets for the vanity. (The before pictures don’t do it justice for just how bad it really was) 😳 To a bright and airy space with plenty of extra storage.

This is one of those projects where the end is bittersweet because two people who started as clients ended as good friends. Always so grateful for projects like this.
