Turbo Impact crusher Working Principle

Horizontal Shaft Impact crusher use impact energy to crush materials. Driven by the motor, the rotor revolves at a high speed. Revolving blow bars in the rotor blow the materials. Then the materials will be thrown to the impact plates for secondary crushing. The materials will be shot back to the blow bars again. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged through the discharging opening at the bottom of the machine. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support, the size and shape of the end products can be changed

Jaw Crusher, Mobile Crusher Plant, Primary Crushers
Jaw crushers are widely used for crushing of large lumps of blasted rock and river gravel. Crushing action takes place between two jaws, the moving jaw is suspended on the eccentric shaft and is supported by a toggle plate against the crusher frame, performing a to-and-fro motion against the fixed jaw. In the upper section of the feed opening, the moving jaw performs a nearly circular elliptical motion, while the motion at the discharge end is a very narrow elliptical one leading to an up-and down motion. This causes the grip-crush effect at the upper part of the crushing chamber and an accelerated material flow at the discharge end. Often in practice it is not possible to obtain the desired degree of reduction with one crusher. Jaw crushers with large feed openings are used as primary crushers for crushing of large lumps. The size of the crusher should be selected on the basis of the lump size to be fed, required product size and the desired capacity. Jaw crushers should be selected such that the feed opening should be considerably larger than the maximum lump size to be crushed. This reduces the danger of irregular shaped lumps blocking the feed inlet and as a result material can be fed continuously, the capacity of the whole plant is increased. To achieve the average desired capacity, losses in working conditions should be taken into consideration and crushers should be selected above theoretical values. DESCRIPTION THE FEED OPENING is the horizontal dimension between the fixed and moving jaw plates, measured from a tooth top on one jaw plate, to a root between two teeth on the other. THE CRUSHER SETTING is the discharge opening between the jaw plates farthest down in the crushing chamber. This is measured in the same way as, when the discharge opening is in the fully closed position. THE NIP ANGLE is the angle between the fixed and moving jaw plates. This angle must not be greater than the optimum value otherwise the jaw plates can not grip the material properly and the capacity will fall considerably

*Vibrating Feeder and Hopper
The feeder system is operating with 2 vibromotors (Italian Brand Oli ) which leads to low maintenance and trouble-free operations.
The feeder is suitable for feeding with Excavator and Loader and can be feed as well with truck with an additional hopper.
All wear points in the feeder and in the hopper are protected by replaceable wear shields. At the points where wear may occur, wear arms are bolted and can be easily replaced.
The additional hopper can be opened and closed by the hydraulic system. This allows easy assembly and disassembly.
The feeding tray has a screening system. In this screening system there is a zig zag type grill system which can eliminate the large materials easily .
By-pass conveyor allows sifted and thin materials to be stocked in the stock area , or it can send this materials directly to the main band by a clapper groove. Thanks to this clapper groove, the mine can be transported to the stock area without entering the stone crusher, or the main band can be feed. This is a factor that increases the capacity.

Mobile Impact Crusher - New System DRAGON Crusher Plants

Impact crushers with adjustable breaker plates, are suitable for crushing of medium hard and hard stones for the production of asphalt and concrete aggregate. Large
feed opening, cubical products, high reduction ratio, high capacity, low investment and operating costs are some of the features which make these crushers ideal as Turbo Impact crushers in complete crushing plants. Crushing occurs in two stages. The incoming feed first strikes the impact plates and is then impacted against
the primary breaker plate. When the material is reduced sufficiently to pass the primary breaker plate, it is further impacted by the secondary plate. The setting of this plate determines the product size. Due to repeated impacting without rubbing or grinding, a high reduction ratio is achieved with minimum wear costs. Ease of maintenance is another prime advantage of these crushers. Hydraulic opening of the crusher, external breaker plate adjustment, quick and easy impact plate change-out and liner replacement are a few of the features which make operation as simple as possible.

One of the main advantage of dragon mobile crushing and screening plants are that they produce three different sizes of aggregates for Cement Plant and Asphalte Plants.

At the first stage, there is a by-pass system in order to throw out the earth and materials not needed for crushing. Thanks to the By-pass system the material mean to be crushed can be seperated from the earth or can be directed to the crushers by a k**b mechanically.
