At GPOD of Idaho, keeping production moving also means making sure every box receives the correct mark before it leaves the facility.

Before upgrading their marking setup, boxes had to stay in strict sequence throughout the line. If one was removed or shifted out of order, it could receive the wrong information, adding extra complexity to production.

After implementing a centralized MPERIA® system with L-Series, T-Series, and A-Series equipment, the team gained more flexibility across the operation with cleaner production lines, simpler adjustments, and more consistent marking throughout the facility. Boxes can now be reintroduced anywhere in the process while still receiving the correct information through a barcode-driven workflow.
