We are looking to hire a full-time HVAC lead Installer. The HVAC lead Installer is responsible for installation of residential Heating and Cooling products and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and abide to all company, city, state, and county code requirements while maintaining the highest level of customer service. The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supervising the work of the Install Assistant. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for the completion of frontline services and repairs to company standards of assigned territory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-4 years of related field experience
• EPA- 608 Certification
• Valid Driver License for the State of employment
• Up to 100% travel
• 18 years of age or older
• HVAC Associate degree or equivalent trade school certification (preferred)
