Footage Of The Indian Air Force Jaguar Fighter Jet Chasing India's Nirbhay Cruise Missile.

India's DRDO is developing a sub sonic cruise missile called Nirbhay, with a range of more than 1,000 kms. Unlike the supersonic Brahmos, it doesn't travel faster than the speed of sound. Rather, it has wings like a plane and is powered by a turbofan engine. It flies to the target carrying either conventional or a nuclear payload. This video from the last successful test shows the missile in flight. Taken from an IAF Jaguar plane, you can see the missile up close.

C-17 Globemaster arrived today carrying 207 passengers at Palam from Kathmandu by III this morning. Pictures : Ministry of Defence.
And Indian Air force is also Assisting many other countries to evacuate their citizens from Nepal.

10 transport aircraft leave for Kathmandu -
On Sunday, the 10 fixed wing transport aircraft from various IAF bases have taken off to Kathmandu. These aircraft were carrying water, engineering task force, field hospitals, 8000 thousand blankets, 500 tents, 14 tonnes of noodles, 34 paramedics, 100 stretches, one tonne of medicine and 6 tonnes of pre-cooked food.
Till Monday morning, the Indian Air Force had airlifted 1,935 people in 12 sorties despite bad weather and an aftershock that briefly shut the Kathmandu airport on Sunday

Sqn Ldr Sanjay Thapar VM is the man of many firsts in the field of parachuting, two of his achievements are acknowledged as world records and seven others as National Records. He was the first Indian to introduce tandem skydiving in the Air Force.
