Flux energy is currently a student entrepreneurial project through LaunchBayC at Lehigh University in Bethlehem Pa. As millennials, we care deeply about the impact that our actions have on the people and environment around us. Many of us care about reducing our electricity bills at home but don’t always know of the impact our energy consumption behaviors have in the workplace. 20% of all electrici

ty used in the US is consumed by corporate office buildings, and of this, 30% is wasted. What if we could reduce this waste by simply changing employee behavior instead of retrofitting buildings with expensive automation systems?
