The role
We’re looking for a Plumber, 3rd-year apprentice or recently qualified plumber to join our team. You’ll be working on new-build houses and extensions, carrying out first and second fix plumbing while also getting hands-on experience with renewable systems such as air source heat pumps (ASHP), underfloor heating, and modern hot water setups.
This isn’t a “stand in the corner and pass tools” role — you’ll be expected to crack on, ask questions, and take responsibility as your confidence grows.
Key responsibilities
Carrying out first and second fix plumbing under supervision
Assisting with installation of ASHP pipework, cylinders, buffer tanks and UFH systems
Reading drawings and understanding plumbing layouts
Fault finding basics and snagging work
Preparing materials and setting out work areas
Working to current regulations and site safety standards
Supporting testing, filling, flushing and commissioning
What we’re looking for
3rd-year apprentice or recently qualified plumber
Good grounding in domestic plumbing systems
Interest in renewables and low-temperature heating systems
Able to work independently but knows when to ask for help
Strong work ethic and good attitude (goes a long way)
Driving licence with own transport
