Broc General Contracting and Remodeling is a company dedicated to giving the highest quality workmanship at the lowest possible price without all the hassle of high pressure sales and hard closing. Home improvent projects are great investments, and usually have a great return on the investment. Does the thought of less than average contractors doing poor quality work scare you? These are big decis

ions and should be treated professionally from idea to completion. Simple...after nearly 12 years of sub-contracting for massive home improvement companies and chain stores, I have learned about retail pricing vs. contractor cost, and how to treat people fairly in this industry. The difference between these two concepts is substantial. In home improvement, retail price includes salesperson's comissions, marketing expenses, company overhead, etc. So why pay retail? We can beat home improvement company pricing, and do a better job, period. "Your company is only as strong as it's ability to perform high quality renovations at a fair price ."
