This retaining wall was built by Lamb's Lawn Service and Landscaping. It was built in front of a house being built in the Woods of Lafayette using boulders from Sellersburg Stone Co., Inc.

Sellersburg Stone had a very special guest today, in Indiana's 9th District congressman Todd Young. Todd made a visit to discuss highway and road funding for our great State.

Sellersburg Stone wants to give a special shout out and thank you to a great employee Earl Wright. Earl has been a great employee for twenty years today.

He has been a great employee and we are very appreciative of his service. Pictured with him, are Tim Cole, General Manager, on the right and Corey Barnett, Quarry Superintendent, on the left.

It was a beautiful evening in the quarry, with crushers crushing, trucks hauling rock, and of course this beautiful sunset that made the night.

The open house was a great success and we were happy to see many new and friendly faces! We want to thank the 350+ people who came out and made the day a great success. Pictured is a group of people searching through our limestone for fossils!

Today is the day!

Our open house. The grill is blazing, and there is plenty to do and see at the quarry. Bring your kids or a friend up, grab some food, and check out what the quarry is all about.

Happy Rockin' Friday!

Don't forget tomorrow is the day for our open house. Come out and see us from 11 am - 2 pm, rain or shine.

There will be a lot of quarry equipment to see, being demonstrated and a bus giving tours of the quarry and asphalt plant. Also there will be food and a giant slide for entertainment for children.

The finale at 2 pm will be a blast in our pit.

Happy Friday!

Don't forget our open house is just over a week away. So next Saturday, the 29th come out and check out the quarry and get a free meal.

There will be a giant slide for kiddos to play on, and there will be a live blast at 2 pm.

We are holding an "Open House" at the quarry on Saturday, June 29, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Come out for quarry tours, food and refreshments, equipment displays, entertainment for the kids, and a live blast at 2 pm for the finale.
