DAY 60 (part 2) Fill day! Bring on the H2O! Unfortunately, it’ll still be a no swim zone for the next 10 days while we are brushing the pool 3-4 times a day and balancing all the chemicals.

Day 60. Acid washing the pebble plaster. The pebble plaster guys came back today to acid wash everything and clean up any overspray. After that, we are filling this pool up with water ! Over the next 10 days the pool will also need to be brushed 3-4 times a day to remove all the loose pebble and help achieve a nice smooth finish. You want to make sure to brush all surfaces! After 10 days you’ll end up with a pretty big pile of pebbles at the bottom of the pool but that’s a good thing. It means you’ve gotten all the excess off and the surface will be nice and smooth.

Hello, My name is Joe Axiotis

I decided to start this business after spending 12 years in the US Navy as a Seabee. During my time in the military, I received extensive training on all things construction and repair. I spent time in Afghanistan and Iraq building bridges and barracks for our military personnel, in Papua New Guinea building a schoolhouse for local children, doing clean up and restoration after Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana and Mississippi, as well as so many other life changing projects. The military instilled a “can do” attitude in me, as well the integrity to always give my client the absolute best product at a fair price.

After my honorable discharge from the Navy, my wife and I decided it was the perfect time to move to Northern California where we could be closer to family and finally start the business I had always dreamed of.

Since starting this business, CB Home Improvements has been recognized as one of the great up and coming construction businesses of the Sacramento area. I’ve provided clients with a wide range of contracting services for all their repair, remodeling and construction needs.
