Christopher Nguyen is seen here, on the job at Cooper University Hospital working for Falasca Mechanical as progress continues on this major project in Camden!

These progress photos capture just a small part of the skill, time, precision, and coordination it takes to keep a project of this scale moving forward.

From deep foundation work to welding and installation, every phase of a project like this represents the amount of planning, countless hours of hard work, manpower, and craftsmanship from the tradesmen and women!

Proud to see Local 322 members helping shape projects that will serve the community for decades to come. πŸ’ͺπŸ› οΈ

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTHπŸ’š:

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind our members, apprentices, retirees, and families that no one has to carry the weight alone. The construction trades can be demanding -- long hours, pressure, stress, and the daily wear and tear that comes with the job -- but checking in on yourself and the people around you is just as important as showing up to work every day.

Real strength is found in looking out for each other, speaking up with something feels off, and knowing when to ask for help. A conversation, phone call, or simply letting someone know you're there can make an even bigger difference than you actually realize.

YOU ARE NEVER ALONE.
YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS.
THIS BROTHERHOOD STANDS STRONG WHEN WE SUPPORT EACH OTHER.

During National Apprenticeship Week, our Training Coordinator, Nick Bidinger had the opportunity to speak with students at Gloucester County Institute of Technology about what life after high school can really look like.

College is a great option for many -- but it's important for students to know it's not the ONLY option. For some, college is the right fit. For others, the skilled trades offers an opportunity to learn by doing, earn strong pay and benefits while training, and build a lasting future without the traditional college route.

Conversations like these matter. Giving these students exposure to different opportunities helps them make informed decisions about their future -- and we're proud to help introduce them to careers in the skilled trades and what it can offer this next generation! πŸ› οΈ

There's no substitute for hands-on experience. πŸ› οΈ

Our 4th Year Apprentices recently spent time in our Valve Repair Certification class, sharpening the skills that keep systems running safely and efficiently in the field. From disassembly and inspection to precise repair work, every singe detail matters -- and these apprentices are continuing to build the knowledge and confidence that the trade demands every day.

Training like this is what turns apprentices into highly skilled journeymen, ready for whatever the job throws their way! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯
