Victims' Location: Subdivisions in Cavite such as Camella Dasmarinas, Greenwoods Dasmarinas, Kahaya Place Dasmarinas, Amaris General Trias, Kohana Groove Dasmarinas, Edisia Dasmarinas, Greengate Dasmarinas, Camella Silang
Scam Tactics:
Ronnie Salamera aka Boyet is known to be the owner of Ronnie C. Salamera Construction Services and offers house renovations, extension and other construction services
He mainly operates in subdivisions within Dasmarinas, Silang, Imus, General Trias and Trece Martirez, Cavite
He is known for his scam tactic of asking for huge upfront payment, offering construction services for a very low price which entices potential victims and claims to have a lot of connections with different LGU officers within Cavite
Most of his victims are frustrated due to the fact that all of his construction projects were never completed and leaving all his clients without a trace at all! He usually operates with his wife and 3 sons.
What to Do:
Do not approach the suspect if you see him.
