The wait is over! Anfim has officially arrived at in Rimini, and we’re thrilled to invite you to an exciting week of events and workshops here at the booth. ☕

From January 18–21, join our daily grinding workshops from 11 AM to 12 PM (Hall B1, Stand 109), led by our new brand ambassador, Valentina Palange (“Specialty PaL”). Valentina will highlight the essential role of grinding in brewing exceptional espresso, focusing on balance, precision, and the craftsmanship behind Anfim grinders.

We’re also collaborating with artisanal roasters from across Italy—including Trismoka, N**o Artisan Coffee, Pier Coffee Roasters, Caffè Morettino, and Hub Coffee Lab. They’ll share stories from coffee-producing countries and introduce meaningful projects like the IWCA.

Plus, don’t miss the “affogato slot” at the end of each day, featuring 100% plant-based gelato created by Città del Gelato, in partnership with the women-led “Fatto a Sud” initiative from Puglia.

On January 20 at 12 PM, join us for an unmissable talk: “The Price of Coffee: Why Is It So Difficult to Justify the Increase to Consumers in Italy?” Industry experts—including Davide Roveto, Antonia Trucillo, Nicolò Zorloni, Andrea Rizzuto, Luca Ramoni, and Alice Monti—will discuss this hot topic and explore the coffee supply chain.
