A&S Services is a licensed and insured full service General Contractor specializing in custom homes and renovations. We take pride in all the jobs that we do, no matter how small, to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality. We are currently looking to hire two to three experienced carpenters/remodelers with at least 5 years of experience in the remodeling and residential construction industry or equivalent environment. Training is available for the right candidate/s.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Knowledge and ability to install: Cabinetry and trim, Structural and non-structural framing, all forms of flooring, windows and doors, decks, drywall and paint, as well as some light electrical and plumbing.
Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings and construction layouts with a general understanding of residential building code.
Communicates with clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers and all other industry professionals regarding project progress and scheduling.
Promote safe work practices and adhere to company and client safety policies and procedures for work performed.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and competing demands simultaneously.
Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of experience
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs, physically demanding position.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable form of personal transportation.
Tools to complete tasks a plus.
