Parker is a 20-year veteran of the US Army Special Operations community and founder of the Special Operations Advanced Tactical Infiltration Course (ATIC) for the US Army. Kathryn Young leads the Intelligence and Research/Innovation programs. She is a 12-year veteran of the Intelligence Community. Young previously founded her own research and analysis company and has over 10 years of leadership and technical project management experience.
