This tote tipper mezzanine handles two IBC totes and connects bulk liquid ingredients directly to the process.

Once a tote is secured and connected, the tipper uses compressed air to raise it and allow the liquid to flow into the collection tanks below.

The 60-gallon tanks are mounted on load cells, giving the system accurate weight measurements for batch dosing. From there, automated valves and pumps can send the liquid to a mixer, another collection point, or wherever the process requires.
