Professional background:
Kevin qualified as a Gas Service Engineer with credits in 1989 after a 3 year apprenticeship with British Gas. Since then actively updating his qualifications as follows:

In 2004 completed the Unvented Hot Water Storage
In 2006 completed the Electrical Part P Defined Scope. In 2010 completed the Combustion Analysis course, being one of the first engineers in the country t

o qualify, 2 years before the deadline to complete. September 2011 completed Worcester Bosch Solar Heating Limited Scope Fully Filled collector systems. Every 5 years since 1989 the ACS QUALIFICATIONS have been updated as required. *In April 2009 we became members of the West Sussex Council and Trading Standards BUY WITH CONFIDENCE SCHEME. Our promise to you :

Once works are started we will stay on the job until it is completed, unless otherwise requested, normal start time on site is 8-8.30 am. Your property will be fully protected, with all work areas will have dust sheets laid as a minimum. If any queries/ issues arise during the installation, your advice will be sought. At the end of each day the site will be cleared of debris and work areas hovered. All gas and electrical works as required will be notified to the relevant governing body. On completion of the works, full instructions on how best to use the new boiler and system will be provided.

Just received a lovely email from a customer who we did an urgent boiler exchange for for this week. He made contact with us after being recommended by Worcester Bosch on Sunday evening. He sent over photos of his current boiler, we were able to give a quotation and locate a boiler with an hour. I went to Fareham @ 6am on Monday to collect the boiler and the customers boiler was up and running by Tuesday afternoon.

Install no 21 this year so far, which included moving the boiler and hot water cylinder to the other side of the house. Gas and water mains moved as well. The customer now has a fantastic shower, pipe work and controls ready for the new extension plus a Worcester Bosch unrivalled 12 Year parts and labour Guarantee.

Both myself and Lorraine Stephenson are very proud parents today. Max Stephenson has today qualified as a Gas Engineer. It has taken nearly 4 1/2 years of hard work and determination by Max to qualify as a plumber/ gas engineer and to have to work with me and my OCD ways 😀😀.

We look forward as a family, to taking the business further now we are even stronger in numbers. Providing the reliable/friendly/personal touch our customers enjoy already.
