Our team consist of mechanical engineers, computer-aided designers, electricians, technicians, software developers, web developers, and graphic designers. Our main focus on projects is surrounding unmanned vehicle systems, such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), and autonomous operation robotic systems. Each project would involve multiple-stage of developments, fr

om designing, prototyping, to programming, and would require several months of works and hundreds of dollars in spending for each of our projects.

The RQ-166 is a civilian/commercial Search and Rescue (SAR) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) designed for the Real World Design Challenge (RWDC). Four design concepts are outlined as an approach to a high-efficiency, low-cost solution to the aerospace industry. Unconventional wing configurations are adopted as an exploration of new possibilities in a way to create more innovative designs. Box-wing, flying wing, and W-wing were taken into consideration during the conceptual phase and will be analyzed and compared during the next phase for an optimized solution.
