The NCL is an online capture the flag competition for schools nationwide. We started as a group of 5 students in 2014. Since then we have grown to two teams of 10. Last year our B team placed 13th out of 149 teams, and our all women Team Unicorn placed 34th out of 149 teams. Our bang null team wants to help fill this gap, by placing high in the NCL and getting recognized by companies seeking talented, motivated security professionals. This past summer, Facebook officially became a sponsor of Merritt College. Facebook paid for ten students to attend Blackhat in Vegas. Blackhat is a well known security conference where hackers from everywhere come together for a week of learning, networking, and of course, parties. THANK YOU FACEBOOK. Do you like challenges?
