We are proud to announce the ex*****on of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a premier NCI-designated U.S. Comprehensive Cancer Center to fast-track our "Seed and Boost" platform into the clinic. This collaboration will launch an investigator-initiated clinical trial targeting WT1-positive solid tumors, including ovarian, mesothelioma, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers, with first patient dosing expected by September 2026.

Concurrently, we are thrilled to welcome Leonardo DiCaprio as a strategic investor, supporting the development of our next-generation TCR-based cancer immunotherapies.

Our "Seed and Boost" approach is designed to address the persistence and exhaustion challenges seen in traditional cell therapies:
The Seed: Autologous T-cells engineered with high-affinity TCR targeting WT1
The Boost: Immuno-STAT™ technology to selectively expand and activate WT1-targeting T-cells in patients

The deal provides ImmunoScape with exclusive access to Cue Biopharma’s clinical-stage Immuno-STAT® molecules in oncology.

We are excited to announce a strategic collaboration and exclusive licensing agreement with Cue Biopharma to advance a novel in vivo T-cell expansion Seed-and-Boost approach for solid tumor therapy. By combining Cue’s clinically validated CUE-100 series T-cell engagers with our next-generation tumor-specific TCRs, we aim to drive more durable and scalable cell therapy outcomes for patients.
