To all of the contractors that have been asked and customers asking, we all know the very famous and popular question "what will it cost?". Now how does someone respond to this especially a business? In our eyes it's pretty simple every project can be approached with a Good, Better, Best solution it comes down to the customers budget. Think about going to a drive through car wash do you want bronze, gold, platinum or when you fill up your boat regular or premium? There is no one size fits all. The biggest thing to keep in mind for both customers and businesses is never sacrifice workmanship to save fractions. As a business you have to hold yourself and your staff to a standard (we strive to be the golden standard in our industry). Maybe the system or project doesn't have a big budget and the materials can't be as high end as other projects. That does not mean it's ok to slap it together and leave the job looking like uncle Tim did it with whatever was left over in Grandpa's old shed. You are always going to be held accountable for the product you leave the customer with. So be mindful and think about 10 years down the road ...would you be satisfied walking back into this home or this project knowing you did it.
