What is mab-based ELISA?
mab-based ELISA is for the specific and quantitative determination of free therapeutical monoclonal antibodies in human serum and plasma.
On the solid phase (MTP) there is bound a highly specific monoclonal antibody directed against the drug e.g. Infliximab. Therefore any cross reactivity to the other therapeutical monoclonal antibodies is excluded.
