Exciting News Everyone. Whilst I specialize in Repair and troubleshoot of existing equipment Furnace/HVAC water heaters and the like. I have brought on Board a Partner company that can now do changeouts of older equipment once its reached the end of its useful Life. I can normally keep things going In perpetuity but sometimes a New Piece of equipment is the way to go. As always I will try as hard as I can to Get you a year or 2 More out of your equipment but Im happy with the quality of my New equipment partner. Hey everyone, Friendly reminder, check your sump pumps. have check your sump pumps. have changed a few this week. with all the water we have been having they need to work. I can change them for you. lots are older and if they are tripping breakers and such just need changed.

PSA from your friendly HVAC guy, remove the cover from your outdoor unit and throw it in the trash. Its only april and have 2 Failed compressors cause thermostat did auto changeover and ran the A/C with cover on. They are outside for a reason. that $20 cover may well cost you a few grand for a new compressor if I can even get it. Please dont cover your unit!

Hey Folks, Your friendly Heating and Air Company here. Just sharing some Useful Info. As the temps drop outside and in our homes its time to Change those Batteries in your thermostats if they are so equipped and also do so in your Smoke alarms and CO detectors!!! The colder temps make the batteries weak and not able to power the thermostat, Easy task to make sure your Unit always operates Perfectly, I can certainly help out if you want to install a new thermostat or are having Trouble replacing batteries. We work on everything out here, Today we had an Apollo Hydroheat unit to repair. convection was letting the Heat coil run whilst the A/C was on, quick little zone valve install fixed that. Every unit is different, got this one dialed in and the customer is happy. This unit uses hot water from the water heater to heat the home, Very unique system, if you are having problems with yours Jasco can handle it!!

Hey all, Your Friendly Local Heating and A/C mechanic here. Just giving you a heads up, we still have a month or so to go of cold weather. Its ok to go ahead and pull the covers off your outdoor units now ( I DO NOT recommend them) went to 1 home today with cooling problems cause the Thermostat did an automatic switchover and started the ac whilst the cover was on, This unit cant be saved. Please don't cover your units or if you insist throw the breaker or pull the disconnect to the outdoor unit. These things were designed to live outside. That $10 cover may well cost you a compressor!! this 1 Year old unit is DEAD. Cheaper to Buy a new unit, Warranty wont cover winter covers if the unit fires up and cant breathe.

We are coming up upon A/C season. our air conditioning condensers work hard for us all summer long, we are offering cleaning to remove the lint and fuzz from your a/c units for $120, that's one hour of cleaning including taking the unit apart, additional hours may apply. I don't like using caustic coil cleaners if it not necessary, 1 hr condenser clean and check through the month of April for $120. Weather must be nice though, Not cleaning coils in a Blizzard. Keep that AC happy and ready to go for summer!

Today we installed an aprilaire 800 steam humidifier in a home. Ran a new 240 volt circuit from the panel. New pex water takeoff and set up the unit for the customer. $1800 installed in most circumstances. Get a quote for yours today.

Friendly public service announcement from your friends over here at Jasco. Cold weather causes the batteries in many electronic thermostats get weak and can cause your furnace not to fire up. You should change batteries in your thermostat every 6 months when you change batteries in your smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors. Stay warm!!
