A quiet glimpse behind the scenes at The Avenue and where it is in the project at the moment.

As the build progresses, the details are beginning to come together, subtle finishes are starting to give a real sense of how the space will feel once complete.

With the flooring down in the extension, bathroom tiling complete and the electrics being wired into place.

It’s been a year since we introduced our refreshed brand, and it’s been great to see it become part of everyday life on site.

You’ll now see it across our project boards and hoardings, on our vans and in the team uniforms, creating a clear and consistent look across our work. It reflects who we are as a business, professional, approachable and focused on quality.

The roof is on at our Chichester project, and it’s already making quite the statement.

Zinc has a quiet confidence that suits contemporary architecture beautifully. Subtle texture and a finish that will continue to develop character over time brings depth without being too loud, and elevates the whole form of the build.

A satisfying milestone on site, and a reminder of how much material choice can shape the final feel of a project.

Looking back at kitchens from across our previous projects, no two ever look the same.

Each one is shaped by a different brief, from the tone of the space and the materials chosen, to the proportions, layout and architectural setting around it. Some are defined by strong lines and contrast, others by warmth, texture and softer forms.

It’s a reminder that a kitchen isn’t just a functional room, it’s a reflection of how a home is used and how it’s meant to feel.
