We’re in the final stretch on this incredible whole-home transformation—waiting on a special order cabinet to arrive before revealing the finished product!
This project was far more than a renovation. We completely gutted the first floor down to the studs, removed the existing farmer’s porch, built multiple additions, and added over 500 square feet of beautiful new living space to the first floor.
Some of the highlights include:
• Complete electrical rewire and extensive plumbing upgrades
• New Marvin Windows throughout the entire home
• Blueskin weather barrier and Everlast siding for superior protection and durability
• 5” white oak hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas
• Custom tile in the laundry room, half bath, and utility room
• Heated tile flooring in the kitchen using a radiant heat system for maximum winter comfort
• Closed-cell spray foam insulation in all exterior walls, the crawl space, and the second floor for outstanding energy efficiency and comfort
Every detail of this project was completed with quality, durability, and craftsmanship in mind. We can’t wait to share the final reveal once the last cabinet is installed!
