H-PreC Our goal is to standardize and simplify the composite fabrication.

Our company designs and manufactures thermosetting composite parts thanks to two original industrial processes that make high quality technical composites accessible from prototype to mass production. We invested over one million euros in a high-tech research and development center, we gathered a multidisciplinary team and we collaborate with leading universities and major industrial companies. r processes and products are destined to manufacturers who want to take advantage of composite materials or optimized their current composite solutions, both for technical and aesthetical parts. The company is organized around 4 activities:
- The creation and development of original fabrication processes meeting industrial requirements.
- The development of innovative and industry-ready composite parts.
- The organization of the production for our customers (in-house production, subcontracting, technology transfer...).
- Large capacity 5-axis machining. H-PreC has installed in a 1000m2 building in Carros, near Nice, its research and development center that is also capable of producing parts for small and medium scale productions.

H-PreC

H-PreC is a family business founded in July 2015 by Cécile CRASSOUS and her brother Arnaud, PhD in materials physics and a researcher at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne. The company is funded by Daniel Le Gal, founder of Gemalto, and by BPI France. ​

The company was born from an observation: The use of composite materials increases in industry. There are plenty of opportunities, but to seize them, companies have to face a major challenge: optimize processes and production rates in order to make composite materials more competitive.

Our first production unit is based in a high-tech building of 1000m² in Carros near Nice Airport. 2 million euros investment were made to adapt the actual production line to mass production: automatic fabric cutting, large capacity 5-axis CNC machine, machine and tooling for high speed production...

Today the team is composed of 9 people and 2 additional are expected for the end of 2018.
