🚨 Another emergency roof repair completed today 🚨

The customer had ongoing leaks caused by multiple broken and slipped tiles near the eaves. Once we lifted the damaged section, we discovered exposed underlay and gaps allowing water straight into the property.

We replaced the damaged tiles, secured the surrounding area, and left the roof fully weather-tight again ✅🏠

We got called out today by a customer who thought her roof tiles were damaged after a severe leak started pouring in over her front door.

Naturally, she feared the worst — broken slates, costly repairs, the lot.

But once we got up and had a proper look, the issue told a different story 👇

The problem wasn’t the roof at all… it was a gutter union that had been installed incorrectly, missing the proper rubber seal. Every time it rained, water was escaping at the joint and running straight down to the entrance.

A small mistake — but causing a big headache.

We removed the faulty fitting, installed a proper sealed union, checked the full run of the guttering, and made sure everything was flowing exactly as it should.
