Site Construction & Preparation:

Once the site and its necessary permits are acquired, the site construction will start. Tower or Mast installation, cabin, cable tray and other M&E work will be done according to the CME Detailed Design Report.

Site Decommissioning:

Intelligent City offers a comprehensive site decommissioning services including rigging, civil engineering, electrical, air-conditioning and Steelwork services. We will also manage the disconnection of all utility services into sites. Our staff have extensive experience working for a number of Utility companies across Yemen.

Intelligent City main aim when
decommissioning sites is to:

- Reduce costs where ever possible and work closely with land owners.
- Address all environmental issues...the disposal of the materials, re-use or recycle, the safe disposal of materials, by licensed organisations where necessary.
- Examine equipment on all third party sites so that cabins and materials are consolidated wherever possible.

Intelligent City has extensive knowledge of all utility and telecoms infrastructure in urban and rural areas.

We provide a design, build and commissioning service for all our customers that require connectivity to non-premises locations. Our services range from street side construction, in-building radio solutions, rigging services, decommissioning and BTS commissioning.

Our current services include:

- Site surveys

- Installation of new kerbside enclosures
- Installation and testing of lightning protection systems
