STAMP OF APPROVAL – 61 KATHERINE STREET
61 Katherine Street is one of those structures that is an icon located in the richest mile in Sandton. It stands tall amongst the other spectacular structures forming part of the extravagant strip known as Katherine Street.
61 Katherine is a 25 000m2 office building that offers features of the building, including a restaurant, gym facilities with a shower, private balconies on each floor and a large sunny atrium. The office space underwent a refurbishment and upgrade in 2016, resulting in an incredibly modern design that has been fitted with only top-class finishes.
Cairnmead Industrial Consultants were involved in numerous projects that took place at this location, including the upgrade and refurbishment of the interior space, fire installation, and upgrades to the fantastic façade, to name a few. During the multiple projects that Cairnmead oversaw, all projects were completed according to our specifications and recommendations. We, therefore, award this structure our Stamp of Approval for successfully completing various works on the building. Thank you to all involved.
