Another Malgas home is taking shape! Here’s a look at the progress so far on the second Malgas house — from the early stages to seeing the vision slowly become a reality.

There’s something special about watching a house come together, one stage at a time.

Another exciting project is underway! Our team is busy with the renovation of a second home in Malgas, transforming water-damaged areas and preparing the property for a fresh new look.

Our scope of work includes:
- Removing water-damaged built-in cupboards
- Pocketing brickwork to accommodate new cupboards
- Plastering and painting affected areas
- Removing French doors and bricking up the opening
- Replacing swollen, water-damaged doors throughout the home
- Stripping damaged ceilings and installing new IsoBoard ceilings for a clean, modern finish

Underpinning & Renovation Works Underway

Another project is well underway, with some major preparation and stripping work completed.

Our client requested new Isoboard ceilings, so we started by removing the existing T&G pine ceilings to prepare the areas for the new installation.

The team has also:
Removed 6 sliding doors and a window
Stripped the existing verandah tiles
Completed the necessary preparation work for the next stage of the project

PREPARING FOR A NEW FLOOR SLAB 🏗️

Work is underway in Malgas, where we’re preparing to replace the floor slab in a home that was damaged by flooding. From careful preparation to quality construction, every step matters when it comes to restoring a home properly.
