Celebrating heritage day on site with a braai.

A lot has happened in the last 2 weeks!

The roof structure has been installed and roof covering has started to go up. Plastering, ceiling installation and skimming are almost completed.

Window installation and door frames are also 90% complete.

The race is on to get this beauty ready for the holiday season!!

The past 2 weeks have been busy!!

We started plastering while the support structure for the top concrete beams and slabs were set up. We are looking forward to casting concrete on Wednesday!

The roof design has been finalized and we will start with the roof installation very soon! 🏠

After the main scaffolding supporting the concrete deck were removed construction started on the top story and interior walls

Friday was the big cast!

8 tons of steel..80 m3 of concrete..14 staff members..6 hours.

Thank you to Francios Marais and staff from Aedech Decking, Hennie Bester from Afrimat Bredasdorp and the staff of Nouveau Construction for coordinating this huge task!
