Eventually, this will all disappear beneath the finished project.

The foundation will be covered. The walls will go up. The finishes will go in. And most people will never know what happened down here.

But this stage matters.
Quantities, materials, progress, costs and decisions all come together long before the finished building starts looking impressive.

That’s one of the things a Quantity Surveyor helps keep track of: the parts of a project that may not be visible in the final product, but absolutely matter to how it gets there.

The bricks are piling up, the walls are going higher, and the Bergendal project is starting to look a lot more like the home it was planned to be. 🧱

With every stage of construction comes more decisions, more moving parts and, of course, more numbers to keep an eye on.

It's always rewarding to see a project reach the stage where the drawings start looking familiar.

Walls are going up, spaces are taking shape, and another milestone has been reached at our Bergendal project.

There's still plenty to do, but progress like this reminds us why planning every detail matters. 💪
