Drones won’t benefit everyone.
That’s the realization I had this week while mapping out service offerings for Signum Aerial. The reality is simple: not every business problem can be solved by a drone.
Take a small construction firm struggling with cash flow. Introducing drones into the mix can’t realistically fix that... or can it?
Here’s the mental back-and-forth I went through. To fix cash flow, you need more paying clients in the pipeline. To win more clients, you need to stand out. So, how do drones fit in?
By becoming your business’s "X-factor."
Instead of just telling a client, “the house is taking shape,” you show them. Weekly aerial progress photos, dynamic timelapses where they can watch the build come alive... it’s an immediate way to differentiate yourself from the competition.
If you’re running a small construction firm, I’m curious: is this a wild assumption, or is it an edge you'd want to trial?
