📍 Brackenfell, Cape Town, Western Cape | Full-Time

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for building reliable power infrastructure? Anchor Powerlines (Pty) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Electrical Site Foreman to join our team and lead site operations for electrical reticulation and line construction projects across the Western Cape.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations for MV/HV/LV reticulation and line construction projects.
• Supervise site teams and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure full compliance with OHS, NOSA, and Eskom safety standards.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings and specs.
• Oversee materials, equipment, and site inventory.
• Submit daily site progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with Eskom, municipalities, and relevant stakeholders.

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Foreman on powerline, cable, or reticulation projects.
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Eskom procedures, NHBRC, and municipal regulations.
• OHS/NOSA/First Aid certification is advantageous.
• A commitment to environmental and community sustainability is a plus.

TRUCK DRIVER NEEDED!!!

Anchor Powerlines is seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver with a Code 11 or 14 license who possesses expertise in crane operation, rigging, and electrical construction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team, delivering materials to construction sites, operating a crane, and utilizing their electrical construction knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a truck with Code 11 or 14 license.
• Perform crane operations as required.
• Utilize rigging skills to secure and transport materials.
• Deliver materials to construction sites in a timely manner.
• Maintain and inspect the truck and equipment regularly.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements:
• Valid Code 11 or 14 license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Proven experience in operating a crane.
• Proficient in rigging techniques.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:
• Heavy-vehicle drivers’ license (Preferred).
