"Well, I want all women to know that whether you are feeling down or made to feel weak, never stop believing in yourself. At times we tend to put each other down as women, my one wish is that one day we will all come together as women and take in industry by storm.

We need to keep encouraging fellow sisters at work, keep reminding each other how beautiful we are, despite the grease on our work suits or black powder from the shafts. We must just be there for each other and keep rising because we determine our future in mining."

The Department of Education celebrated 2022 Matric top students in Brits Community. Partners, stakeholders came together to award the students and a few schools in the area for their high academic results. Laptops, Tablets and bursaries were given out at this auspicious occasion for the well-deserved accolades. Bushveld Minerals awarded, Mathye, L Makgala and K Makallane , the top three students of the area, with the special awards for their hard work.

In July, we put our core values into action with the CEO Roadshow at Vametco and Vanchem sites.

Or executive team got to engage with the employees at the sites and share the vision of the Group and the thinking behind the new brand identity. It was a great opportunity to also reflect on how far Bushveld has come since t was first listed on the UK AIM 10 years ago
One of the highlights was an energetic theatrical performance that reinforced our values. It was truly a great day of reflection and celebration.
