"Trust is the invisible thread that binds teams together''. In our monthly team lead meeting, we delved into a powerful topic: cross-collaboration and the importance of presenting a united front.
The session sparked some introspective discussions. One question that was emphasised was: Do you feel like there is collaboration amongst the people in the room? This moment of reflection reminded us all of the critical role that collaboration plays in building trust.
The team leads were challenged to lean on each other's strengths. True collaboration means tapping into different specialities —not just within our individual teams but across the organisation—to uplift each other and align our teams goals with Xib's common goals.
Cross-collaboration isn't just about efficient workflows it's about establishing trust, unity, and a shared purpose. Our work becomes more impactful when we connect our individual strengths for our collective mission.
