PAINTING OF HARCOURTS HOUSE IN BERGVLIET

This beautiful family home received a much-needed new coat of paint recently. The home exterior old wall paint was removed, and walls were cleaned, plastered, treated and repainted in white weather guard paint. The original wooded roof fascia and windows were treated properly to keep moisture out and repainted to match the home. The double wooden garage door was treated and repainted in a dove grey, creating a modern feel that complimented the entire home.

The existing staircase was entirely renovated with durable laminate wood flooring and fitted with aluminum stair nosing strips for extra protection. Great care and detail were taken into consideration when our team did the installation to provide sufficient space for the client’s existing stairlift. The finished project creates a functional yet comfortable experience for everyday use. Thank you GC team for an excellent project well done with great care!

GC Team recently painted this beautiful flat for Harcourts Real Estate in Fairways. Bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, passage and kitchen walls were clean, treated with anti-mold and painted with long-lasting interior wall paint. The ceiling mold was also treated with anti-mold, removed and re-painted in a soft white colour.
